Tricare Appeal

Okay. I was denied on 3/5/09 because my Doctor didn't send in all the information, so they denied it. I appealled on 3/13/09 with over 15 pages of documents that showed I did meet the criteria. My docotr talked to the appeal people after 3 days of trying to get their information last week, only to be told that they had 60 days and if they want they will take all 60 days. That they can call after 5/15/09 to get the results. Has anyone had it take this long? I am afraid they are going to come up with some reason not to approve it and that I will have to start the appeal over again. Any ideas to help pass the time?

thanks

jen
