Tufts Health Plan iCanChange Program

I need help, brand new to this board. I have Tufts Health Plan and am enrolled in the iCanChange program. I just finished a one year long program which is very similar but of course I had a different insurer. I want to try and get the length of the program reduced. Tufts says the iCanChange people need to send in a waiver form, the iCanChange people say I have to send a letter to Tufts. Please email me privately. I am very concerned as I don't want my BMI to drop below 40 and have worked hard this year to lose.:)
