Approved With Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

Today both my husband and I got approval from Nevada's Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (we live in Idaho.)

He's 6'5" and 475lbs

I am 5'2" and 215

At our weigh ins we were 506 and 224, but since we've been on the 700 calorie diet we have lost some weight. (With cheat days!)

Operation scheduled for 12/8/08!
