Phcs

I don't know the lingo here so bear with me...My husband's company has PHCS, but on their company profile for what they approve and what they don't, they do not pay to cover WLS, I guess the less the company pays for the less each person pays for insurance?. How do we go about getting a waiver? Does anyone else have experince with this?
