A Question.. or Two..

hi ya'll.. first of all i am 21 and definatly overweight.. i have tried countless diets and seem to be heavier (sigh) so i want.. no, NEED the lap band surgery but.. i dont have health insurance.. at all.. so i am looking for an insurance company in iowa, that is reasonably priced so i can get this surgery i am desperate for.. do ya'll have any ideas?
