I had terrible pain about a month ago. Barely ate a thing, cramping, bloating, constipation. I was in agony. Surgeon thought it was an ulcer so he put me on carafate. In the meantime my gastro sent me for an endoscopy. That came back all good with mild inflammation in intestine. Still wanting to be certain nothing major was wrong, I asked my surgeon to send me for a sonogram and catscan. Sono came back with a fluid cystic like structure near the liver. My cat scan came back yesterday and it shows the fluid next to the liver but it also showed thickening of the intestine with possible telescope / intussusception. After everything I read about this, I'm so afraid. I have chronic constipation. I bloat alot and get heartburn. I dont throw up or feel nauseous and no blood in stool. I had the bypass in Oct 2020. Has anybody gone through anything similar ?? Im waiting on doctor to call me. I was reading that it can come and go ( the intestines sliding in and out ) PLEASE HELP ?
