Has anyone tried these?

Hello all you lovely people!

I am a pre op currently and trying to gain as much food knowledge as I can to prepare for life after surgery! I've always been a big snacker and have found many good options on the salty end of the spectrum. But for the sweeter end I haven't found much; but I did find something the other day that I'm intrigued about and was wondering if anyone has tried them! The brand is SmartSweets- it is some form of low sugar low calorie candy.... I've always been a big candy person and I know it is terrible for you so if there is a better option just to quell the urge every once in a while that would be great!
