Aetna vs Keystone Healthplan East

Ok so now I'm worried after reading all of the nightmare Aetna stories. I was under the naive impression that approval wouldn't be that difficult but it appears that it is.

So as someone else mentioned it is open enrollment time and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Keystone Healthplan East.

Don't get it, if it's a covered procedure why do they make it so difficult?? Dang!!!:faint:

Anybody have KHE that can impart some wisdom on me//
