Tespo Bariatric Vitamins long term?

Hey all, has anyone used the Tespo bariatric vitamins long term? Are you still using them? Has your doctor noticed you being low on any of your vitamins? I'm extremely interested in getting one of these and I know there's a few threads on it already but I'm concerned about how well they work LONG TERM...so I'd like the opinions of people who have used one for a while. Thanks!
