Weight regain

Does anyone have experience with stomaphyx after RNY. 6 years out from surgery with 50 lbs regain to lose. (Originally lost 100% excess weight of 140 lbs) Do you recommend it? If not, why and what would you recommend? Located in NYC. Thank you!!
