Hello just had appointment today

My appointment went good today I lost 3 pounds which I'm very happy about however I'm really nervous about my insurance I have qualcare and I know I have been rambling on about this insurance but I'm not sure if they will deny me or approve me for the surgery can any of you shed some like light whomever has qualcare insurance how the process was for you thank you in advance
