Approval

I have 1 more month to finish my insurance requirements and I have heard some people don't get approved. I've seen the nutritionist, got a psych letter, doing an endoscopy tomorrow, did all the bloodwork and abdominal ultrasound and need 1 more PCP visit. My BMI is over 40. Any pointers or input regarding this insurance?
