VEERING off puree menu

Hello everyone :)

I had a quick question: I am on my last week of pureed foods. My doctor had me do 1 week post op Clear Liquids and Protein Shakes, 1 month of puree and 1 month of soft. The puree has be VERY difficult for me in terms of nausea.

What I have been doing is eating what is soft enough that I can chew slowly. I am not eating junk - I promise. Nothing has bothered me so far.

Do you think this is OK? I guess it's too late now - but I wanted some reassurance!
