I had GBS in December 2016. Starting weight was 335. I’m down 127 lbs and feeling great. No more BP meds. Not exercising like I should—scared to death of gaining muscle weight, and getting depressed looking at the number on the scale possibly go up. So needless to say I can tell I’ve lost some muscle tone. Also struggling getting the protein I need. On the flip side live that I weigh less than my teenage football player boys now!
