preop liquid diet

so today i started my 7 day preop liquid diet i am hungry moody and miserable i am trying to find soups that comply with the requirements the dr said i cud do strained puree soups so my question is does the lable actually say strained on it or is there specific types that are known for being strained ...any tips on how to get thru this is extremely appreciative on the bright side surgery is in 7 days
