Stalls

Hey everyone,

i am new to this forum. I have band to bypass revision on March 24th of this year. I feel like I have hit quite a few stalls since surgery. I have lost about 49 pounds since surgery. While I'm happy with that I wish it was a bit more. I drink about 64 to 72 ounces of water a day and try to eat about 60 to 80 grams of protein a day. I broke my ankle late last year which I am still in the process of rehabbing so exercise isn't the best at the moment. Just curious if anyone else is hitting several stalls at 5 months out or if you have any ideas for breaking stalls? Anything worked well for you? Thanks so much in advance.
