HELP MY FRIEND!

My friend had gastric bypass surgery 15 months ago. She has not had a good day since. I am so worried about her. Has been back to her surgeon and too many other specialists to mention. She cannot stand by herself for any length of time nor can she even sit up! She is extremely dizzy, lightheaded, and feeling as though she is drunk all of the time. The only time she has any relief is when she is lying down or reclining. All nutrient, neuro tests, etc are normal. Please, any insight???
