I did the gastric bypass in the UK 6yrs ago. I have regained most of the weight that I originally lost. Feel really bad about that. I know it's due to my own bad habits. I'm trying to get back on track by doing the 5 day pouch reset to help me feel the way I did straight after the surgery again.
