Dizzy spells!

I'm 9 months post-op and ever since I got the surgery I've been getting dizzy spells (fainting like feeling) whenever I get up from either sitting or sleeping.. my Water intake is good and would on average get 1 sachet of ORS per day (or every other day) just to keep things balanced. Vitamins, minerals and Iron are all in check. What could be the problem and how to solve it?
