My journey so far

Hi everyone!!! So tomorrow is the day that the office will submit my information to my insurance information!!!!!! This will be my first insurance claim with new insurance as I switched jobs last month! I'm so nervous.....I have a lower BMI (36.4) but I've had diabetes for 22 years, high blood pressure, heart disease with heart attack and pcos...I meet all my insurance requirements except the 5 year weight history of morbid obesity.....office seems optimistic for approval because of my medical history....we have a tentative surgery date of 1/24!!!! Anyone have any familiar situations and have gotten approved without a 5 year history of morbid obesity?
