i am *so* confuzzled. :(

i think my insurance is called Mutual Assurance Administrators but then my card also says "First Health" on it... i work for a police dept. so I also have paperwork that says Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group. does anyone know who my insurance company is?! lol this is nuts... *sigh*

i read further on in the novel that I was provided with when i was hired and there's a page that says "Procedure for appeal of denied claim" this paper says that if i were to be denied and did an appeal i would mail the appeal to the Mutual Assurance Administrators. so does that mean that my company is MAA?
