Slimfast

Hi,

I am on a Slimfast liquid diet prior to having Gastric Bypass on the 24th May I want to bring to the attention to anyone choosing this liquid diet I have just gone through a bad spell of severe constipation after being on this diet for just over a week I have drunk in excess of the 2 litres of Fluid each day that is required and that has made no difference after looking on line this is very common I do not want anyone else falling in the this same trap and getting what I have had. At one stage I was going in to hospital as I did not know if I had a blockage or twisted bowel so please be warned I now am splitting up the slimfast and taking food in as well and leaving out at least 2 of the 4 slim fast drinks required each day.

Michael.
