I had my rny in 2006 I was 299 the day of my surgery
By 2008 I had lost 150 pounds . I was happy and I looked good I was working everyday walking for exercise.
I was told I looked sick and needed to "gain a few pounds . ♡ so I slacked off a bit .
Over the past few years I haven't been able to work because I am visually impaired and I'm Dec I fractured my tibia and tore my Acl and maniscus and had to have surgery.
So excerise doesn't happen
As well as I had.
My weight as of today is 224.
I am not happy . I need to loose again I am logging everything I eat and drink
And I have been able to do 30 minutes on my nordictrack bike and started taking walks for an hour .
Anyone have any ideas to help me back on track I take in more than 20 g of Protein daily and my eating isn't out of control.
