Is this normal

I have been going to AIGB in Hurst since May and I noticed that Cigna has been denying the claims every month. When I went to my appointment yesterday they never said anything and they also made my appointment for next month. I thought that they submit everything to the insurance company when you first start to make sure that you will be covered. I know that LapBandSolutions handles the insurance part but I have not heard from them either. Is this normal?
