Hello all,
I am currently in my pre-op phase, doing a doctor supervised diet (I'm about halfway through the required 3 months). I have done the majority of my testing and have been cleared medically, so this is really the last step before insurance approval.
I am from Cleveland, OH and having my surgery done at the Cleveland Clinic. I will be having Roux-En-Y surgery.
Can anyone offer support/advice? I am worried about the rollercoaster of emotions afterwards, along with eating. I am already working on changing my eating habits...
