Hello all, I want to get this surgery and don't have insurance yet. I want the zero waiting period, the zero months supervised diet before the surgery. Does anyone have a personal (not through your employer) plan that requires no diet? If so, can you please tell me the specific name of your plan and the three letter alpha prefix at the beginning of your member id? Thanks in advance for your help!!! :)
