Kaiser south doctors

I just got a call from my surgeons office seeing my surgeon will be out-of-state now on my surgery date November 6. I either have to pick a new surgeon or move my date to the 10th or 13th. To be honest the surgeons only met with me for like five minutes so far the appointments are really with everybody else in his staff. My thought is to keep my date. I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with the doctors and Kaiser South sac? If you can give me any input?
