7 Days Post-Op (surgery 5/7/14)

I had surgery 5/7/14.

2 day hospital stay.

Since then I have been on a liquid diet.

Supposed to take 100 oz of water daily (a challenge).

Been following the doc's instruction to a T.

Finally got on a scale today.

Lost 9 lbs. since surgery.

It works if you drink the Kool-Aid (figuratively) and follow the instructions.
