Protein Pancakes

My king soopersnow carries flap jacked pancakes.

pancake. I made them into waffles this morning by following the pancake recipe and using a waffle Iron. It is higher in carbs than what I usually eat for b-fast but I plan to stay very low carb the rest of the day.

They are expensive. I paid 3.00 for the smallest package and it will feed me for 2 meals.
