Anthem letter

I. Receive a letter from Anthem stating request for coverage is pending. They are asking for documentation of previous wl efforts including medication. Diagnostics tests and doctors notes.

A year ago I had a different insurance and they denied me because of the diagnostic test results.

Now I feel they will deny me.
