Aetna POS iii

Hi. Has anyone had luck or problems getting aetna to approve?

I'm 5'7" - 5'8" 260lbs. No comorbids that I know of. I was told by one doctor I may have sleep apnea but no test were ran

Anyone have any success with this plan?
