Metroplus Bmi 38 :(

So I have metroplus in ny. My bmi isn't 40 :( I do not have diabetes nor high blood pressure. I was just told I tested positive for sleep apnea and had to do the 2nd test with the cpap machine. I do have acid reflex and Pcos..I started the doctor process in sept so I'm on my 2nd month. Metroplus requires 6 months of seeing ur MD before they will approve.

My question is has anyone been approved with a bmi of less than 40 and just sleep apnea?

Was it with metroplus?

How long does it take after the 6 month checkup for u to get an approval?
