Hello Everybody-
Got a call from my ins. rep. at Foothills Weight Loss Center, Maryville, Tennessee. They sent my file in to the insurance today! My question is: If I am approved do I have to pay the total amount of my coinsurance before the surgery? I have BCBSNC. My maximum out of pocket is $700 deductible with $3,210 coinsurance. $600 has been applied to deductible and $311.98 to coinsurance.
