My first NSV's!!!!

Hi all,

My surgery was 3 weeks ago today....I can go up and down stairs with ease.....I have a lap!!!! But the greatest is I can go off one of my high blood pressure meds!!! Yipee!

This takes determination and resolve and some short term sacrifice but the rewards are worth it! Thanks for all the support! Tracy W.
