I am pre-op (surgery scheduled for 8/10) - I haven't had my nutrition class yet and have this on my list to ask, but I have ulcerative colitis and have to take 9 pills a day of just my colitis medication (3 3xday). I also take a blood pressure pill in the a.m. and as of now I take a multi-Vitamin and one Calcium tablet in a.m. and p.m.
I am very nervous about taking that volume of pills when I have my new baby sleeve. Anyone else have lots of pills they take and do they have problems? They make a 1-a-day pill for colitis but it is extremely expensive and I hate to give up my cheaper generic.
