Finally got my DateYEAH!!!

Ok Finally got my surgery date which is scheduled for Monday September 27th jsut a few days away, I am so nervous now, after all the months of preparations and waiting, the day has finally arrived:biggrin0: However I am so nervous I got Butteflies up the wahzoo., I meet with my surgeon on last time on Friday before Surgery Anyone have any advice on questions I could ask before Monday?
