Humana PPO

I have Humana PPO plan through USAA... Anyone else have them? I'm going to a seminar for lapband Friday and wanted to know if anyone else has had experience with approval through Humana. I'm hoping for an approval, just don't want to do anything wrong to prolong the process... Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
