how to pay for surgery?

OK i have bcbs of Tennessee but they don't cover the surgery they will pay the pre op testing so i still need 13000 Ive tried surgery loans they would give me 8000 i got denied from cosmeticredit I'm 21 i make 8.20 an hour full time i have an 801 credit score i got a $4000 car but i don't have nothing else no house or co signer and i cant afford more than $350 month thank you
