Dr. Shawn Stevenson, Bariatric Surgeon Shawn Stevenson, DO, FACS is a dedicated general and bariatric surgeon sharing his skills and expertise at Dignity Health Weight Loss Center in Gilbert, Arizona. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University and attended medical school at Midwestern University from which he graduated with honors. Dr. Stevenson then completed surgical residency and internship training at the University of Arizona where he received the Charles W. Witte Surgical Intern of the Year award. Dr. Stevenson is the Director of Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery at Dignity Health Weight Loss Center, Mercy Gilbert, Medical Center.
