About Kenneth M.R. Warnock
Dr. Warnock is the founder of Bariatrics of Texas in Wichita Falls, Texas. He is also Director of Bariatric Surgery and Section Chief of General Surgery at United Regional Health Care System (URHCS). He is a designated Center of Excellence surgeon by the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery and is ranked in the top 5% of bariatric surgeons in the US (Association for Morbid Obesity Support). He received his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado, then completed his residency in general surgery and bariatrics at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas.
Dr. Warnock was born and raised on a ranch in the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. His traditional western values are apparent in his walk, his talk, and everything he does right down to the boots that he wears everyday. Dr. Warnock speaks Spanish and makes a special effort to relate to patients of all backgrounds.
