About William Jay Suggs

Dr Suggs is a board certifed surgeon with special fellowship training in laparoscopic and bariatric surgery.He is a native of north Alabama, married with two children, and happy to return to the South.He has held staff appoinments in surgery at Baptist Hospital of Pensacols and Sacred Heart of Pensacola, and an appoinment in Bariatric surgery at University Medical Center Princeton. He is the staff surgeon of the Surgical Weight Loss Center at Parkway Medical Center in Decatur, Al. Dr Suggs and Parkway Medical Center are designated as Bariatric Center of Excellence for Bariatric Surgery
