Dr. David Buchin is the Director of Bariatric Surgery at Huntington Hospital. He has more then 10 years of general surgery, minimal invasive surgery and bariatric surgery experience. Dr Buchin has been performing obesity surgery since 2005 and is a member of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. Dr Buchin is a board certified general surgeon, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. After his surgical residency from North Shore-LIJ Health System he completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive surgery and Bariatric surgery at the Minimally Invasive Institute of New York.
