About Thomas Chua

I'm pride myself on having been one of the pioneer in the field of Bariatric surgery. I have been involved with Bariatric surgery since 1997. I performed the first Lap-Band procedure in WI in early 2001 before the FDA approval in June. Our private practice has been designated as one of the Center of Excellence by American society of Bariatric Surgery. We also perform General Surgery, Vascular Surgery. For patients convenience, I also perform Lipectomy (Tummy / Arm & Leg Tuck) to remove access skin, as well as Tumescent Liposution.

About this directory profile

What does a directory listing mean?

A listing helps you find practice information and member experiences. It does not establish clinical quality, current credentials, or availability.

How do I use member reviews?

Read the date and the details of each experience. Reviews are personal accounts. They do not predict your results or replace a clinical consultation.

What if a detail is missing or outdated?

Ask the practice for current information. Use “Suggest an update” on the surgeon profile to report a correction to BariatricPal.
