Dr. Moore served as staff surgeon at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Portsmouth, Va. During his career, he has held academic posts as an instructor in surgery at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md. Dr. Moore is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
