Feckles thanks for that. I've heard so many negatives from others (who hav'nt been banded) your comments help. Like you and prob all ofthe people on this site I've tried every diet out there the cabbage soup was the worst (wind) lol. Now I need something to suport me so I stop yoyo-ing.

Slinky iI'm coming from London will now start to make travel arrangements. Hve a friend who said she woul come with me but she has a habit of changing her mind at the last min - so could be travelling alone. Keep in contact I will look out for you let you know what hotel I'll be in. Now it looks like its going to happen i'm scared but so cant wait to be slimmer haha

I'm due to be banded on 27 July. Does anyone know how long the stay is in Belgium and are there facilities to heat soup ect... thanks Sher67
