    Hi my name is Will, I am from the central Arctic of Canada. My BMI is 36.5 and I am hoping to have the sleave done in late July (provided my passport arrives by then). I got my patient information packet from the patient coordinator yesterday and had an anxiety attack. Not because of what was in it but just the fact that I am actually going to do this. Anyway.
