    Hi everyone!! This is my first time here. Attended a seminar this past saturday, marhc 7th. Really wanting to do this. Any advice. My biggest concern, I am the type gal I will work exceptionally hard at something if I know it works, or will benefit, however I have to see results that it is working. I know with Gastric bypass results are quit. Will lap- banding give me enough results quick enough to hold to it and keep it going? Does this really work, and if so how long will it take to reach a goal. I want to drop 126 lbs. Thank you for any words of advice you can offer.
