Yes, feeling a HUGE difference. He wants me on liquids today (not a problem, still too worried about eating), and I asked about what to do about tomorow -- he said just play it by ear based on how I feel. As for how to dress tomorrow, you reminded me of a woman we had working with us for a while. After a number of months, it was very obvious she just wasn't a good fit for us. Kept making the same (big) mistakes, was rude, very hard to understand, etc. One day she shows up at work in a blue skirt suit (we NEVER wear anything that professional there -- more like dress casual) with a white blouse. ALL DAY she had these white tissues along her neckline to protect the collar of the blouse. ALL DAY! Helping customers, working the front counter! When I saw it, I thought she missed them, and I said, "Hey, you have tissues..." She knew. It looked ridiculous every time she walked around because they flew around her face and stuff. It was very hilarious! :eek: Not long after that, she quit. It was very obvious she had an interview that day. Worked out for us!

Oh wow, I already feel better! Yeah, I definitely needed an un-fill! I went in on Monday at 4.6cc and got my fill (don't know how much). He stuck the needle in today and asked the nurse what she had in my chart as my ending fill, and she said 5.2cc. Um, no... he pulled out 5.8cc!! Omg, my fill was 1.2cc!! No wonder I was having problems! So now I am down to 5cc. We'll see how that does for a while.

Though I'm not quick to assume he is being unfaithful, I'm also not so quick to assume he's not. We don't know this is casual flirting, and frankly, even though I don't believe my husband is a cheater and we don't have trust or jealousy issues, if I found out he was secretly texting some 21-year-old hottie who lived behind us, there would be words. She has concerns for a reason. And believe it or not, we women DO have a sixth sense about these things.

Thanks! Got some sleep last night, but certainly not restful. Had a couple small episodes of reflux, then one BIG one at 3:30 that had me up and sputtering and drowning. Called the nurse today and said it's better, but not gone, so she's having me come in about noon today for a slight unfill.

I know these are actually Patty's words (I have her on ignore but saw this quoted), but, even though I believe in God as well, Alexandra is right. Christianity DOES require something of its followers, and you said what that requirement is: Faith.

Okay, then I misunderstood. I apologize. However, I have to say that I was not raised with any religion and I found what I found on my own. And I have to say that most people I know personally would say the same thing. I know you said you believe most were raised a certain way, and that may be true, but I have found the opposite. You better believe that the only thing that keeps me believing is faith, especially when I see what man can do to man (i.e. 17-year-old rapes and murders baby, etc.). I don't understand many things I can SEE and FEEL, so for me, believing in God is less of a stretch, if you will. Besides that, I only know where God has intervened in my life and set things in motion which have benefitted me. I know many may call that karma or luck or planetary alignment or whatever, but for me, it's God. :cursing:

You're obviously entitled to your opinion, but this sweeping generalization isn't exactly fair. Any more fair than if somebody were to say that those who reject proof of God must have their heads up their rears. I only say this to show that that's not necessarily true, is it? You are entitled not to believe, but to knock those of us who do the way you do -- well, I would imagine if the same was done to you (and considering who you're posting with, it may have happened :cursing:), you'd think the person saying it had a screw loose.

I'm guessing you're a guy, so I have a question. You say "guys flirt," as if it's understandable what he's doing. If she was your wife and some good-looking, buff guy was texting her in secret, how would you feel about it? Just curious.

It's not her interest in him that you have to worry about but his potential interest in her. It sounds a bit shady. How would he like it if you were secretly texting some 20-something Adonis??

Ew, yum! lol I have had acid indigestion since last night. Had a fill yesterday, so I'm trying to pay close attention. Never slept a wink last night because of it. Called my doc's office at 6:45 to tell the nurse what's going on, and right now it's possible it's due to what I had yesterday -- tomato soup, cheese soup after 11pm, and a number of peppermint Altoids. :thumbup: I may have caused this, but I have to watch to be sure it's not also do to the swelling from the PBing in the days prior to my fill AND the fill itself. Feel kinda miserable. All I've had today is Mylanta and some sips of water.

I don't know. I've seen lots of people redefine what words mean, especially when they're "in it." It's no skin off my nose; I've just known atheists as those who do not believe in God or gods, whether they deny the existence outright or simply due to no "proof," and agnostics don't really take a stance either way -- God/gods may exist, they may not exist -- they just haven't been convinced. If one doesn't believe in God/gods, then to them, it IS "absolutely no." Otherwise they leave open the possibility, and I would say they are agnostic.
