My sinuses are infected. lost 10 # dealing with it. am not sure the band needs a deflate or if it will get better as sinuses improve.

It is raining and foggy ( Still have few pils of snow) DD is seeing the therapist every other week now. She still hasn't found a job but is doing volunteer work, and going out with friends!!

Well, DD was hospitalized with Depression over Labor Day. She quit school. Now She is home, enrolled in the local Com College, given regular deadlines, including bedtime. I am ready to scream! I try to get her to join a exercise/fitness place but it's my idea , so it must be bad. :mad2:I am so angry at her. Meanwhile I am coping at work; my duties were cut in half Friday. I am looking for another job but it is slim pickings. My health issues mean I have to stick to major business and government. Meanwhile I have lost weight - considering my response to such stress it to eat- this is good.

Got on the scale today- down 2 # since Wed. Went to the Fair- did 3.5 miles walking and carrying stuff. drank ice tea, and i/2 a burger, Did splurge ona little ice cream 9 only option at the time)Tired but really going well :tt2:My 'thin' fat(size 22) jeans are now hanging looser.

Well, on Aug 5 i had a fill Next day pollen count was high and my sinuses reacted, By 5:00 on the 6th, couldn't keep anything down (sinus drainage filled my stomach to point of throwing up) Got some meds down, finally, had an un-fill on the 7th 9 found I'd lost 8# with the retching - gained it back) . Got Sinuses under control, on antibiotics, and had another fill on the 26th. i am very cautious, now. i do feel more restriction this time which is what I needed. :wink2:Let's hope for more wt. loss, now.

Life Happens. i developed Fibromyalgia & another arthritis condition. My exercise routine is shot and I've gained 25 ## (. Am in pain daily ( Of course the meds make me gain weight !!!) and can only do stuff early in the day - Bummer! But am taking 2 beautiful weeks off and going on a cruise to Alaska!! at least my attitude will do better !!
DD moved to apt w/ 2 roommates last August, has a job and may start back at the University soon. Life has been worse but it 's getting better!!
