  1. thanks, sounds like you have done all your research
  2. I have heard the first fill hurts and you have to go back on liquids for two days. Is that true. I get first fill on 23 My. I am a little scared of the unknown.
  3. I had lap band surgery 22 Apr 08, have lost 18 lbs so far and ready for first fill.:tongue2:
  4. I was supposed to get a list of foods for each stage, to include mushies, but never got it. I just started the mushie stage and all I know I can eat are mashed potatoes and smashed peas. Could I get a copy of the list your doctor gave you. I have not seen anything on the interrnet with hamburger on it. :thumbup:
